For the past 10 years, with a current staff of 25 (partners, consultants and recruiting agents), we have been developing a special kind of know-how. We are thus able to undertake both missions for positions that are unique and sensitive in nature involving major confidentiality concerns, and massive recruiting campaigns that require the ability to work in project mode and turn up a substantial volume of candidates.

The wide variety of contexts and positions handled by our firm leads us to employ various combinations of search techniques, from the direct approach to job announcements. Most of our missions are carried out using the direct approach, based on active use of a well-stocked network of professionals built up within the firm over the past 10 years.

Executive Search and Search

This service is intended for companies seeking to recruit one or more specific profiles. Depending on the levels of responsibility and confidentiality required, our head-hunting and direct approach techniques involve identifying the target environments and how they are structured, and turning up explicit applications using our firm’s own networks and social networking.

The publication of announcements on our Web site, or on general or specialised employment sites, may also round out our search mechanism.

Assistance in forming teams

We are in a position to recruit a complete team for a project or an activity, or several complementary profiles to be integrated into an restructured operational unit.

Master Agreements and Volume Programs

For cases of multiple recruitments to be done at the same time, we can set up a team working in project mode that is scalable and suited to our client’s set of needs, and capable of employing uniform business processes in line with those of our client, regardless of who the advisors are or the time involved.

Such a team can come up with a significant volume of applicants and track them over time, while at the same time maintaining close communications with the client.

Sourcing + : selected applications based on in-depth phone interviews (40 min.)

This line of services is for recurrent positions to be filled for a given company and that correspond to uniform professional profiles.

This type of service meets the needs of companies that :
- wish to increase their sourcing and benefit from additional high-quality applicants in addition to the ones produced by their internal teams ;
- need to recruit a specific type of skills that are outside their normal recruitment criteria ;
- do not yet have an in-house team specializing in recruitment.

Outsourcing/Insourcing of recruitment with partial or full externalisation

This service is based on a BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) approach applied to the task of recruiting. It fits in with our clients’ overall performance improvement projects. It is implemented based on a service contract that specifies both conditions of operation and quality of service commitments (SLA).

This recruitment assistance service is performed by members of our firm who are IT recruitment professionals. It can be done in various ways :
- directly on the client’s premises or in our offices ;
- either by integrating our client’s operational procedures, or by using our own methodology (CV, pre-qualification record, applicant’s file, weekly reporting, steering committee).

Our firm can thus contribute its in-depth knowledge of market sectors and players, its flexibility and responsiveness, and its command of recruitment procedures.

This service meets the needs of companies that wish to :
- supplement their in-house operational structure ; - use a specialised service provider to set up a recruitment structure that will be immediately operational, in the absence of an in-house team, and that will be able to define and implement business processes. Our firm provides activity reports and ensures that a skills transfer to the in-house teams takes place at the end of the mission.

Internal Evaluations (or Internal Transfers)

This service meets the needs of organisations seeking to manage productive and equitable internal transfer processes that may also be open to external candidates.

Candidates are evaluated according to a traditional selection process carried out by our firm.
